I just read a piece in the news, reporting the findings of some research by the Food Standards Agency, saying that little or difference had been found in the 'nutrient content' between organic food and non-organic.
I wonder if this is intentionally disingenuous! No mention was made about the lack of pesticides and other toxins on organic food. Surely that is the crucial difference between these ways of growing fruit and vegetables, rather than some difference in nutrient content. I wonder how I might effectively follow this up. Any ideas gratefully received.
